[Card Idea] Cold Skeleton

This is the Cold Skeleton. He is a small sized troop (in this picture, he is zoomed in) which can slow down enemies. But unlike the Ice Wizard, his slow effect is a PERNAMENT one, meaning that the slow does not end until the suffering troop dies.

Lore
One day the Ice Golem wanted to marry Mary who is the Skeleton that owns the Dropship. After a few tries, the Ice Golem succeded. He mated with Mary and an offspring came. That offspring is the Cold Skeleton who resembled mostly his mother but he obtained the abilities of his father. After that he had started training to show titanic powers. He did not unfortunately, but his grandfather, the Golem still believed that the Cold Skeleton had potential, he demanded to try harder. Until he finally trained enough to face the battlefield

Offensive Capabilities
Offensively, he is not that great. He might be able to slow down the Princess Tower while a tank is protecting him, but good luck reaching the tower. His hitpoints are low enough so that he cannot reach the tower by himself.

In terms of spell interactions, he can survive a Log, but not Arrows. Zap and Tornado are also ineffective. In terms of troop interactions, an Elite Barbarian can OHKO him, but Mega Knight, Valkyrie, Dark Prince and Royal Ghost cannot.

Defensive Capabilities
He is where he really shines. His higher hitpoints makes Zap, Log and Tornado a negative elixir trade with him still surviving, due to his cost. However he is still fragile as hell, so you need to place him on top of the attacking troop. He is particulary effective against a Giant, a Giant Skeleton and a Royal Giant at all scenarios and against a Mega Knight when he is well placed. By slowing them down, you can drop another cheap card like Goblins to finish these troops off, while the tower supports, allowing the extra troops to survive.

A really good synergy is the Ice Spirit. By using the Ice Spirit, this stuns the card enough so that the Cold Skeleton can apply the slow effect before he is killed. But with the new balance changes, this will be harder to pull of as it will require to preplace the Cold Skeleton in order to apply the slow. If you add Skeletons to the mix, then the outcome will be better. You will cycle 3 elixir and check the opponent's offensive troops.

How to counter this card
Countering this card is really easy, but only on your side. As I have already mentioned, he can survive a Log, a Zap or a Tornado and countering him with Arrows is a negative elixir trade. So you need troops to defeat him, which is a very easy task. Almost all card can defeat him. You can even leave him to be killed by just the tower, provided that he will not be supported by a Freeze or a Heal
